AHH SHOE BRAKES WITH ELECTROHYDRAULIC RELEASE

AHH SHOE BRAKES WITH ELECTROHYDRAULIC RELEASE

Radial, two-shoe brakes with an electrohydraulic thrustor of the ZE or EB type are designed for work with brake drums on the external face. The braking torque incremental degree is adjustable when a thrustor with delay valves is used. The electrohydraulic thrustor is a hydraulic actuator supplied from the pumps driven with a squirrel-cage motor. In motor operation, the rotor of the pump forcing oil under the motor piston is driven, thus moving the piston upward and releasing the brake (except the holding brakes). When the motor stops (no supply voltage), the piston is moved downward (due to the compressed spring installed in the thrustor) and the brake is braked. The braking moment is adjustable by changing the brake position on the appropriate lever. The AHH brakes are intended for continuous and intermittent operation.

Braking moment: 20-7000 Nm  /basic range/

Brake drum diameter: 120-800 mm  /basic range/

Odmiany:
AHH - standard
AHT - holding (the brake is braked when the thrustor supply is on)
AHG - for mining (brake designed for underground work in mine excavations)
AHC - with optional extra braking with foot pedal
AHHC - with braking weight (the spring installed in the thrustor is replaced with weight positioned on the brake lever)
AHH-WS - special version
